1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Artlogic Clinic OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Artlogic Clinic OS is an AI-powered clinic management platform that provides appointment booking, patient communication, and analytics services for medical, dental, and aesthetic clinics.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. The one-time setup fee of €1.000 is charged upon onboarding. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be paused.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unauthorized patient data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. HIPAA Compliance

Artlogic Clinic OS maintains HIPAA compliance for healthcare providers in the United States. We will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request. Customers are responsible for their own HIPAA compliance obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artlogic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
